The Lecture is scheduled to hold on the 23rd of March, 2011 at the AFRICA PEOPLES HALL, 34, Onikanga Street, GRA, Ilorin. The paper shall be delivered by Alhaji Maitama Sule, the Dan Masami of Kano.

Mustapha Akanbi Foundation (MAF), a non-profit, non-governmental and non-partisan organization organized a symposium on the Reforms in the Public Education in Nigeria; the case of Kwara State, which was held on Wednesday, 12th January 2011 at African Peoples Hall, Mustapha Akanbi Foundation Secretariat, No. 34, Onikanga Street, GRA, Ilorin at 9.00am.

Second Anniversary Public Lecture and Commissioning of Ultra-Modern Building Complex - 5th Nov., 2009
MUSTPHA AKANBI FOUNDATION (MAF) commissioned its ultra -modern building complex that comprises of  a hall ( Africa Peoples Hall), Offices and a library (Mufatu Aduke Akanbi library) and also a public lecture was delivered by a renowned scholar, Prof Akinjide Osuntokun OON, FHSN, on  DEMOCRATIC GOVERNANCE AND POLITICAL  LEADERSHIP IN AFRICA: PROSPECTS AND CHALLENGES held on the 5th November, 2009 at the MAF Complex, 34, Onikanga street, GRA, Ilorin to also mark the Foundation’s  2nd Anniversary.

Workshop on Causes of Diabetes, Management and Control (19th March, 2009)
Mustapha Akanbi Foundation in collaboration with the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH), Ilorin organised a one day work shop on the “Causes of Diabetes, Management and Control” on Thursday 19th March, 2009. The workshop was held at Bello Akanbi Oniyo Centre in Ilorin.
